Cancellation Policy

Additionally, ALL ACADEMY CLASSES have a required Academy Uniform ($35) that can be purchased at the gym. Subscriptions will be deducted from your on-file card starting from the first date of your initial payment. You will be charged for subsequent months until cancellation. NO CONTRACTS. The power to cancel is in your hands. We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your subscription. That's why we have implemented a cancellation policy that provides you with the power to easily cancel your subscription through our portal whenever you need to. Once you cancel your subscription through the portal, automatic payments will no longer be deducted from your account. We strive to ensure a seamless cancellation process for our users. However, if you encounter any issues while trying to cancel through the portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at office@j2bdaacademy.net. Our team will be more than happy to assist you in resolving any concerns. No refund will be awarded or retrograde paid back after payment has been deducted. You have a 3-day grace period to request a refund after your monthly subscription has been deducted from your automatic payment has been taken out.
