I’ve used https://mcdonaldpaper.com/ckf-17sbk-17s-black-foam-meat-tray-1000-cs/  for displaying fresh cuts in our grocery store, and they are excellent. The foam is thick enough to prevent any leakage, and the black color makes the meat look more premium and appealing to customers.
